Q: What if I'm not happy with my prints?
A: If you are unhappy with your prints or gifts, SmugMug will reprint or refund your order, whichever you prefer.
Just email help@smugmug.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Note: SmugMug uses a professional lab renowned for color accuracy, print quality and consistency, but unless you've chosen our auto-color option, we do not make any adjustments to your photos.
Q: Why do you put the watermark on the photos?
A: To discourage screen grabs, otherwise known as stealing.
Q: Can I get the jpeg file?
A: YES! Just look for "Digital Download" in the drop down box, once you're in your cart.
Q: Why don't you sell the original sized jpeg files?
A: It's all about economics. If I sell the orginal sized jpeg file, I won't make any money on prints. No profits, no photos.
Q: Do you get my credit card information?
A: No. Smugmug handles all the credit card processing.
Q: Is ordering on-line safe.
A: Yes. Seems like a simple answer, but it's true. Secure sites are safe.
